Macron Willis was born and raised in Queens, New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from the University of Notre Dame before pursuing graduate studies at the University of South Carolina. In 2001, he graduated with honors from the Joseph F. Rice School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor, while also completing a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Willis was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001 and the Alabama Bar in 2003. He has remained a member in good standing of both state bars throughout his legal career.

Following several years of practice with a prominent South Carolina law firm, Mr. Willis co-founded what is now Macron Willis & Ellis, LLC, a full-service law firm, in 2003. His broad legal practice encompasses a wide range of matters, with particular emphasis on real estate law, corporate law, and creditors' rights. Over the years, he has earned a reputation for delivering strategic legal counsel, practical solutions, and effective advocacy for individuals, businesses, and financial institutions.
